Monday : 30 minute workout
Tuesday: 30 minute workout
Wednesday: No workout (clear liquid diet for medical procedure)
Thursday: No workout (medical procedure)
Friday: 30 minute workout
Taking the weekend off for the sake of consistency.
Plan for next week: Increase workouts to 45 minutes.
